Families Targeted by Israeli Terror in 2012
I remember when people carried him to
the ambulance. I was not able to do anything, but
waving my hands in goodbye. That day, I was
looking at him being carried and my tears rolled
down my checks and kept running down my face.
He was waiting for the ceasefire to bring
back his wife and continue his life normally but he
was gone. He was gone forever! He left, my heart
left, and his baby left as well. His wife lost the baby
out of grief. It was so hard to lose your son and
grandson all at once. I only ask Allah to grant me
patience and accept my son as a martyr.
27. Testimony of Mosa Abu Aisha, 50, Father of
Martyr Mohammed:

On my way home after praying al Maghrib
Prayer, I met my son Mohammed. He was with his
friend. As the Israeli drones were hovering so low
over the area, I asked him to stay around and not to
go far. He told me never to worry and that he would
not be late.
I just left him behind when I heard a very
loud explosion. I expected the airstrike targeted my
son Mohammed. I rushed to see if he was still there.
It was true that I found him, but it was also true that
I lost him forever!
I thank Allah for granting me patience and
serenity. The fact that he said it with a calm and
comfortable voice was my one and only condolence.
It made me bear such hard moments and accept his
loss.
