At about 6:30 pm, the Israeli warplanes fired a
missile at two people who were walking on the
Airport Street, eastern Rafah. This resulted
in the martyrdom of Mohammed Kamal Abu
Odwan, 19 and Abdullah Talaat Ibrahim, 18.
36. Testimony of, Subhiya Abu Odwan, 42,
Mother of Martyr Mohammed:1
The day my son was killed, people were
talking about a ceasefire. Thus, Mohammed went
out to his uncle’s house, and left it half an hour
before the ceasefire ended. He was walking with
his friend Abdullah Ibrahim when a drone missile
attacked them both. They were killed. Israel broke
the ceasefire by killing my son and his friend! Rest
in peace, dears.
37. Testimony of Talat Ibrahim, 47, Father of
Martyr Abdullah:2
The day they were killed, my son and his
friend were helping me do my work. When the
power went off, I went upstairs to have some rest.
As I left, they left, too.
They went out nearby as the ceasefire was
in effect. Israel did not waste a minute without
committing crimes, though. An Israeli drone fired
a missile towards them shattering their bodies into
pieces. My son’s injury was serious in the chest and
belly .
