Testimony: Media Coverage of Gaza with French

I Will not Keep Silent
(Gaza) Firing has stopped since three days.
The last group of journalists left this morning, and
the hotel was all mine. Strangely, yet miserably, the
Gaza Strip has returned to its normal life.
Back to my bed, I opened my Twitter and
Facebook accounts where I have received many
incompatible
messages.
I can hear the sound of waves. It’s cold
outside; I stayed in my bed because my window
has been broken due to an Israeli air strike, last
Thursday, near the hotel where I used to stay.
The manager of the hotel covered the
broken window with plastic, but it was freezing
cold that that plastic cover was of no good.
As I published a photo of little students in a
classroom, which has one empty bench that relates
to a martyr-kid who has been killed by Israel, people
around the world started criticizing me disparately.
Some accused me of being very prejudiced against
Israel for publishing that photo which shows the
savagery of Israel, others accused me of being the
spokeswoman of Hamas!
That was to make me laugh, but I was so tired to
laugh.
