At approximately5:45P.M, an IOFdronebombed
two residents from the town of Beit Lahiya while
riding a motorcycle off the headquarter of the
electricity distribution company in the province
of Northern Gaza Strip, which is located in
Beit Lahiya. It led to the martyrdom of Essam
Mahmoud Abu Al-Meza, 22, and Mohammed
Hani Ibrahim Al-Kaseeh, 18. Five more people
were injured.
5. Testimony of Fatima Abu Al-Meza, 15, Sister
of the Martyr Essam:1
On that day, my mother, sister-in-law and I
were in the house praying together. Before praying,
we heard in the news that a motorcycle carrying two
citizens was targeted. While we went to pray, my
brother, Mustafa, 22 years old, tried to call Essam
on his cell phone. He tried once, twice, but no one
answered. Finally when the phone was picked up, I
heard Mustafa saying, ‘who are you! Who are you
where is my brother?!’
‘I’m a passer-by,’ he told Mustafa. ‘I’m
sorry to tell you that the owner of this cell phone,
your brother, has just been attacked and is now
