Families Targeted by Israeli Terror in 2012
At Around 3:00 pm, IOF warplane hit a missile
at al Jeel Press Office on the 6th floor in Nema
tower, southern Gaza City. This led to the
martyrdom of two-year-old child, Abdulrahman
Magdi Naem and the injury of both Mahmud
Magdi Naem, 15, and Sami Naem, 16, who were
in the same building.
10. Testimony of Um Ahmad Naem, Mother of
Martyr Abdulrahman:1
Abdulrahman was playing with his two-
year-old nephew and his brothers and cousins inside
the house. At 3:00 pm, an Israeli airstrike by an F16
warplane happened, I though the target was my
house! Especially when I rushed to Abdulrahman
to find him lying on the floor, killed! I carried him,
tried to talk to him, tried to make him move, but
I was powerless, ‘they killed him! They killed my
kid!’
Later we knew that the target was the 6th
floor in Nema tower, where we live. The attack was
so massive that it affected my apartment, killed my
son and caused the injury of Mahmud, my 15-year-
old son, who stayed at hospital till he got recovered.
Samil, 16, my nephew suffered from serious injury
. He is now in a good condition,. God help us bear
the burden of loss and grant us patience. Amen.
